- If "Customer View" is checked, the report displays details grouped by customer, including the customer, number of bills, and total amount.
Usage:
- Navigate to the "Service Job Card Detail" report.
- Input the "From Date" and "To Date" to specify the date range.
- Optionally, check "Customer View" to group the data by customer.
- Click "Run" to generate the report.
- View the detailed breakdown of service job card information, including the customer/service item, number of bills, and total amount.
Note:
- This report helps in analyzing service job card data for better insights into customer transactions or service item usage.
- Users with the "System Manager" role have access to this report.
- Ensure to input valid date ranges to retrieve accurate data.
- Use the "Customer View" checkbox to toggle between customer and service item grouping in the report.
